Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
For safety during transit, our bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include a multi-tool and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.
How do I choose the right frame size for me?
We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on every product page based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if the bike shows significant signs of wear or outdoor use.
Do Mr. Bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our frames are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as forks, drivetrains, and brakes are covered by a 2-year limited warranty.
How much does shipping cost within the country?
We offer free standard ground shipping on all bicycle orders over $500. For accessories and smaller parts, a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 applies.
