Return Process

  Log into your Mr. Bikes account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the item in its original box, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective components are included.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
